Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ParlayLab's website (parlaylab.io), mobile apps, and APIs (the "Service"). By using ParlayLab you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to use a sports-information service in your jurisdiction. ParlayLab does not facilitate or place wagers, but our content is intended for an adult audience evaluating sports markets.

2. What ParlayLab is — and isn't

ParlayLab is a research and projections service. We surface model-driven picks, line movement, and aggregated stats to help you analyze MLB markets. We are not:

• a sportsbook or licensed gambling operator,
• a financial advisor or registered investment service,
• affiliated with Major League Baseball or any of its teams.

Picks and projections are research, not advice. We do not guarantee any outcome. Past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, including any wagers you choose to place at a third-party sportsbook.

3. Your account

Sign-up

You may create an account using email + password or a supported social login (e.g. Google) via our identity provider, Clerk. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, email team@parlaylab.io immediately.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell ParlayLab's content (including picks, projections, and stats) without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to extract our models or APIs beyond the documented client surface.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Interfere with the Service, including by sending automated traffic or attempting to bypass rate limits or tier gates.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
• Use the Service if you are subject to a self-exclusion list or are otherwise prohibited from gambling-adjacent content in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features of ParlayLab may require a paid subscription. When paid plans are available, the pricing page on parlaylab.io will be the canonical source of plan details. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle and you retain access through that period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice delivered by email or in-product.

6. Third-party sportsbooks

ParlayLab may include "Open in [Book]" links that send you to third-party sportsbook websites or apps (e.g. FanDuel, DraftKings). Those services are operated by independent third parties and governed by their own terms. ParlayLab is not responsible for content, availability, odds, or actions on those services. If we participate in an affiliate program with a sportsbook, we will disclose that relationship.

7. Intellectual property

ParlayLab and the Service — including all picks, projections, text, layouts, designs, and code — are the intellectual property of ParlayLab or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

Team names, logos, and league marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

8. Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or other feedback to us, you grant ParlayLab a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PICKS, ODDS, OR STATS DISPLAYED WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARLAYLAB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING ANY GAMBLING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING.

11. Responsible play

Sports betting can be addictive. ParlayLab is not gambling treatment or a substitute for it. If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, help is available — call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, or visit ncpgambling.org.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by emailing team@parlaylab.io. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your continued use creates risk to ParlayLab or other users.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-product or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
